Raiders, we previously promised to come back with details after concluding our investigation. That investigation is complete, and we appreciate your patience as we did this properly. The exploits originated from a design flaw on our end, but the way players used them affected the game’s economy and how the community experiences ARC Raiders. It’s our job to fix that and restore balance.
This week, we will start enforcing actions against accounts that we can conclusively confirm exploited these issues.
Why this took time
We know you want rapid action when gameplay and the economy are impacted. At the same time, our duty is to act with fairness and precision.
When we take action on player accounts, we rely on solid proof and clear definitions. Practically, this means:
- Verifying reports against data
- Confirming whether exploits were used, their scope, and their effects
- Distinguishing accidental or edge-case behavior from repetitive, intentional abuse
- Measuring the actual impact on the economy and competitive integrity
We aim to act with one deliberate, well-supported move rather than a rushed response. This is ARC Raiders’ first large-scale incident like this, and we chose to understand the situation thoroughly and respond in a way that aligns with our values and standards.
